Lotus I had it checked about 5 years ago when I went for a prostate exam, I had prostate troubles and ED... The doctor said it was fine and "in the normal range" and prescribed viagra and cialis, told me to eat better and exercise more...
I took SP on and off for years to help with the prostate and it did help a bit....
Other than that no.... I assume there WAS plenty though because all my hair fell out over the years
Not sure about now but Id say its gotta be lower with all the PM and spearmint Im taking....Anyway after finally losing a ton of weight and getting in much better shape both the ED and prostate troubles are gone EVEN on a huge dose of NBE

Licorice tea is very good I think... I also like green tea...
Id like to find white peony in a cap form but I guess tea would be good too
I does look like a very pretty flower, gonna look into putting some in the garden this year
