Where did you read that it shouldn't be taken more then 7 days in a row?

What did you notice when you started LR? Since you wrote it was really strong?

It's towards the bottom, but I had a migraine for days when I first started it, the rise in glucose I'm sure. After the 7 days is just a precaution I'm sure.

If this is true, I must be in trouble already...LOL I have been using it for at least 3 weeks in pure form not mentioning my little Chinese ball bearing things that combined it with Peony in these tiny little pills that gave no amounts.

Still I seem to be feeling no ill affects... at least so far...tee hee.

Sammie, as much as you take the balance should be a huge a benefit against 5-ar!
