I am going to make a mixture of all tinctures and add 100 ml of x-treme20 to that.

The dosage I am planning to take is 3 tablespoon full twice a day .

With 100 ml PM will be used for massaging directly on the breast area .

I hoping to start my program next week .

I won't post any pics this month as I haven't done anything for last couple of weeks
