Massage
1) While in a seated position, arms rested at your side and hands on your thighs.
2) Now raise your arms (elbows) as high as you can while keeping your hands on your thighs.
3) Then slowly squeeze your arms back down to your sides while adding pressure.(As if you had a ball under your arms and your simulating squeezing that ball as hard as you can on the way back down)
4) Do 3 sets of 10 ea. (or more if you can)
(Use a ball if it works better)

Another massage
Also been working this Breast massage/exercise:
* With your hand grab your breast from your side, pull it towards the center of your chest, now hold and flex for 2-3 seconds or longer if you can, repeat up to 10 times!
* Try it with your palms pushing your breasts towards the center, as if your trying to touch your nipples together, now interlock your fingers together, using your hands squeeze like a cupping motion, also flex your pec's (tighten) at the same or alternate hand/pecs....up to 10 times.

All I do is with all my fingers ... ok my goodness its too hard to explain, I'l take a quick pic.
SO start again, with your fingers just press and pull any available fat "under your armpits" into the bra cups, you'll find your breasts stay put in that position but you have to redo this process throughout the day to get them to stay that way. And on another thread a poster is pulling it down from his arms too. Again I have very little fat but this process really changes the appearance and as they say will hopefully train any underarm fat to go back to the breasts.
I have to say I'm surprised that more people are not doing this method, it has absolutely changed the shape of mine too!. You have to be consistent, this is a game changer in my mind, the flex of the pecs is a must, hold it for as long as you can.
Do this for at least a month, what do you have to lose? Or gain in tissue?
