it would take a lot for that happen, in fact I wish I could erase some of the horrible things I've seen!

Hey all,
I'm not an expert on this but its shared quite a lot on the girls side,perhaps others can share what works for them.
Been working this new Breast massage/exercise:
* With your hand grab your breast from your side,pull it towards the center of your chest,now hold and flex for 2-3 seconds or longer if you can,repeat up to 10 times!
* Try it with your palms pushing your breasts towards the center,as if your trying to touch your nipples together
,now interlock your fingers together,using your hands squeeze like a cupping motion,also flex your pec's (tighten) at the same or alternate hand/pecs....up to 10 times
Ok,this is something I've been working on like I said,it's not a science just kind of started when I was doing massages.I can really feel it on the side boobs and upper part of the breasts.If it can help great,if not,we'll maybe you had fun,who knows!

Anybody else have issues with getting full spectrum spearmint?,Swanson's say won't be available until 11/26 or longer.They say it's a supplier issue,I'm not a big tea drinker thus the reason for the tabs,maybe they can't keep up with demand?

no problems myself, i just buy bulk loose leaf spearmint and make a tea out of it.
a 2 month supply only costs about $2.50

An interesting observation,
I'm not sure the reason but I notice the nipples are pointing upward sometimes and filling in underneath at the base of the aerola, weird... maybe it's from the BO.

Hi Lotus,
A program that I sometimes use is IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com). It will allow you to resize your photos, among other things, like crop, save to different formats, add effects/text, etc. The program is primarily a photo viewer and it is FREE. There two downloads for this, the program and the plugins/addons to expand its capabilities.
For a more advanced photo editing program, try the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/). Also free.
When I have uploaded photos, I did so from my PC using Firefox and had no problems.

Ok eye surgery today,
So just in the rare case something would get F-uped and lose my vision (stranger things happen) i took some pics just too show where I'm at. All I can tell you is that they are never consistent, meaning one day they're firm and other days squishy.
Anyways I wanted post something to show I'm about the same only with some slight growth!
