I recently started a daily dosage of:
PM - 1000 mg
MSM - 3000 mg
Omega 3 Fish Oil - 2 caplets, yielding 360 mg EPA / 240 DHA
After a month, I noticed that the scent of my urine changed. I dropped the PM from my dosage and the smell went back to normal in a couple of days. I restarted PM and it came back. I dropped it again, it went away again, restarted it again, and it returned.
Has anyone else noticed that PM affects the scent of your urine? Is this normal (like an "asparagus effect") or a possible indicator of damage to liver/kidneys? I'm concerned given that it didn't show up for about a month... but about halfway through the month, I switched brands from Nature's Answer to Ainterol.
