BO, PG an WP
#1

Hi everyone, I have recently switched from PM to BO
and just started BO 4 days ago. Having researched for a while I believe at least giving BO a try is a good thing. I am currently taking 1 BO capsule along with 1 PG capsule, 1 500mg WP and 1 kelp tab. I have tried RR before but my stomach has problems handling it. I am taking this twice a day. I guess my main question is, does it sound like I’m on the right track?

Hi deb, I am only fairly new here and I am sure that others will have a better plan than mine, but I take 2 BO in the morning as well as 2 BO and 1 pituitary gland in the evening. I supplement these with 1 green tea extract and 1 reishi each morning early as well as 4 fenugreek and 4 evening primrose spread through the day. I think the green tea should be just as good as the reishi if that is giving you problems. Try and remember that it takes time to work x

Hi Debtech,
That's a good start. I was on a BO PG blend for about 2 years with good results. BO is hit and miss with people but you have a good start on a program. It's been reported that body temp should be 98.6 F or greater for best results and it doesn't hurt to add DHEA as a building block and a high protein diet.

I had an information sheet about best practices and how it works with BO but I can't find it right now, it's in other threads on here though. If I can find it I will definitely share with you.

First of all, thank you so much for responding to my post. I am really excited and hoping that BO works for me. I did forget to mention that I am making protein drinks in the morning and at lunch. I really appreciate you guys input as I go through this journey, also, I will take a look and see what I can get as far as the DHEA goes

Be mindful of the fact that DHEA elevates estrone, estradiol, estriol and progesterone, but it also boosts adrogens. Do not overdo the dosing and its a good idea to have some sort of efficient androgen blocking going on so your T and DHT wont spike too much.

I'm taking oral DHEA along with Bicalutamide as a blocker, this combo works extremely well, but I'm not sure how it would be without. DHEA can boost estrogens considerably and double progesterone levels, just rememeber that everything is about balance and messing it up isn't all that difficult.

Here's something that might interest you about DHEA.

Below image comes from a study done on older trans women, I presume age 55+.
