Combating atrophy can be helped usage, as they say use it or lose it! There's also those, forgotten the name, stretching exercise, to help maintain and grow the manhood you have.
Did you ever buy any bras or are you still getting away sans bra at work/everyday clothing?
From my experience nobody notices or rather doesn't comment, I've been really surprised that only one person has ever commented on my solid B (now more like C) cup bumps. I just have to be careful about my 'chapel hat peg' nipples so need the slightly padded seamless bra's which are even stealth under fitted tees and tops.
My conclusion is without a proper wired bra they lack the typical female round shape and are wide set, so everyone assumes man-boobs or gym pecks.
Good luck with your new regime.
Youre not wrong! Its hard to stop. The whole time i was on the break I was itching to be back at it! Still haven't bought any bras besides some sports bras that i mostly wear at home. Im not wearing anything underneath during the day and no comments as of yet.
Thats incredible only 1 person has actually commented on yours! How long have you had your boobs?
Ive had a couple of gazes that have held a bit longer than they would have used to i suppose, but they mostly go unnoticed. I guess growing boobs is that last thing most people would think and so they explain it away to themselves as other things like you said.
I am very wide-set. Im hoping I can get to the point where the outer poles fill out a bit so my nips point out a bit less. The are also starting to grow somewhat, so Ill probably go for something like the seamless padded bra you mentioned. Can you send me a link to what you wear or similar on amazon or something please?
Been on Estrogen for over 3-years so they've steadily grown and still only one person has ever commented on them, it has surprised me how much I''ve got away with it.
Look for seamless bra tops I get mine from M&S Flex-Fit non-wired. The material is really thin, have removable thin pads, wide shoulder straps and no clasp so the back is smooth.

I made a thread in the introduce yourself section, but I wanted to post in here to document my journey in, well you guessed it, my breast development.
Im not quite sure what drew me to wanting to have breasts. Ive never experienced gender dysphoria (and they're bs anyway lol). I did have small buds during puberty but no development and they went away after a year or so. Something has been awakened in me, though. Having breasts has started to feel like a need, rather than a desire. While I do plan to stay small for this period of my life, I know one day I will absolutely finish the job. Though, it has absolutely not crossed my mind to take a break yet, doing so will be hard, I know that, and I am absolutely loving the development I have had so far. I do talk a bit about what I think led me here in my introduce yourself thread, so I won't ramble on, like I did there.
I just wanted to post some more pics I have taken today(not sure whether they show much change, but they do feel bigger and maybe a bit more shape?). There are a few more in my other thread which were taken the day I posted it. I know you can be a bit sneaky with the angles/lighting so I tried to take them from a few different angles in various lightings. You gotta love that low angle shot though
I've only cropped the photo's, no other edits aside from magic erasering a small scar from my left breast in one of the pics but its in plenty of others anyway. Just a quick update on my program too. I have included BO 2x a day for the last couple of weeks along with continuing with the topicals and the few other supplements that I kept taking, after cutting most of them out. This was post massage too so there's some moisturiser residue making them a little shiny.
Do you think I am going to get away with letting them be free under my work uniform for much longer?
I am sure you will.

If you mean that growing breasts takes a while then sure, might be fine for a while yet
I do live in the tropics though so dont have the advantage of layering. Im usually dripping with sweat due to working outdoors so my shirt tends to hug me.

Hope youre all doing well! Couple pics from yesterday.
Starting to notice a bit more projection and more of a breast shape. Ive been taking PM for the last few weeks (1000mg 3x daily). My bi-est delivery got lost. Its on the way again but is still a couple weeks from getting here so started pm so i didnt stall. Might have been fine to have a break but didnt want to. Ill switch back to the cream when it arrives. Also started choline and myo-inositol 500mg a day.

Well, your hopes for a more centered pair of cuties seems correct, cause in my view they seem to are slowly, slowly change the way they point, happy days! Greetings from the low lands.

You might want to drop that PM dose back to 2,000mg. Too high a dose can lead to an imbalance of E1/E2.
Glad you've got the booby greed. It's a strong pull once you've experienced estrogens.
You’re probably over-obsessing about the bra and if anyone notices. It's common to go through this with paranoia. I've seen it time & again and I shared the same thoughts when I first started. Constantly worrying that everyone notices. They don't.
If you're dead-set on growing breasts, consider actual Estrogel. You'll save a ton of money and stress on your liver. Plus, you'll get better & faster results, too.
I remember when I was on PM, I did get fat-shifting that was most noticeable in my face. Just shrug it off saying you've lost weight and move on. 99% of people that you interact with will judge you on how you act. If you act like a guy, they'll perceive a guy.
You've got a long way to go, many years, until shape & projection become a factor. Again, it's all how you carry yourself. Most men who grow breasts achieve B-Cup only. Lara is obviously an anomaly, but she's put in super-human efforts. I stay amazed at her tenacity.
But you can leave the bra at home, especially since you're in a high-sweat work environment. I only wear one when cutting the grass, but never in a social environment.
I once got outed by a neighbor when I was planting a tree in a sweat soaked t-shirt. My bra was obviously showing. Wear one to sleep in or your days-off. You're much too soon in the game for needing one now.
Just because you're on actual Estrogen, does not mean guaranteed transition. I still go to all the redneck hangouts and my occupation is a racing motorsports photographer. (The season is starting soon!) But my point is I've been on NBE/HRT for ten years now, and I have no trouble passing as my birth sex. I just have boobs now lol.
I'm unsure of your age, but I started when I was 53, and testosterone had 40+ years to lock-in its value. 40+ years of looking like a man. Thats not going away anytime soon without surgery to correct my facial bone structure.
Sure, estrogens can over time change bone structure, even though conventional wisdom does not agree. They say once your bones stop growing that's it. New evidence says otherwise, but it's a long & very slow process of changing bones.
Enjoy this ride. Boobs are Fantastic.

3000mg PM daily is a huge dose and that's like game of dice with the devil to see if you get DVT or not. I've done that too back in the day because I was stupid. Fucke4d around and found out.
Better drop it down to 1000mg.

Thanks, I appreciate the words of wisdom. I am 34 btw. Booby greed is absolutely real! So is the paranoia but i take your word that it is unfounded. I probably need to be a bit more patient with the process. I will drop the pm back. I figured I was probably being a bit excessive with it but didnt realise it could be counter productive.
I was going to look into a microdose hrt with the intradermal patches but ill ask about the gel too. I read that the gel can be a bit inconsistent with the dosing (cant be worse than pm or the cream though) but there is also a shortage of patches in Aus at the moment so that might be the go! Either way Ill be off the pm again soon. Itll just be whether the bi-est arrives first or i see the doc (appointment is in 3 weeks or so) for patches/gel.
