Hello all. Long time lurker on this website, first post
So I've been taking BO for about two months now. and am looking for advice to maybe make the routine better.
2x BO during breakfast - 500mg
1x SP during breakfast - 320mg +80mg pumpkin seed oil
2x MSM during breakfast - 2000mg
2x BO during dinner - 500mg

If what you are currently taking is working for you maybe you don't need a better routine !
By now you should be experiencing some changes .
For me , by the third month , I was experiencing all sorts of changes and knew I had the right combination of supplements .
Have you tried PG or Red Reshi mushrooms ?
I personally would ditch the SP and substitute with RR .
This combo with BO really helped me .

I considered RR but read that it can make you sleepy. I feel like there have been slight changes so far but not sure how fast things are supposed to happen.

Hi R1NZL3R,
All depends on your goals really as to what regime you try - just boobs, full feminisation, transition, etc?
I've never tried MSM or SP but have and still do take BO, but I'm on Een injections so not the same. I know some have better success on higher doses of BO and adding glandular. When I started on BO I did it mostly rectal, to keep liver stress to a minimum.
I'm one of the advocates for topical regimes, there's quite a few of us doing our own version, and it does work. Have a good look through the topical thread, lots of great ideas.
Good luck with your regime, but most importantly listen to your body.
