I've been lurking over the years and loving some of the things I have learned from several of you, especially Lotus.  Thank you.

Based on a quick request, I whipped out a hybrid hypnosis file.  It's been something that I have been doing for quite some time and I am able to develop both audio and video hypnosis.  I find the audio to be most effective.   

A technique I started recently is to use an effective, established hypnotist to provide the Induction and then I go into other hypnosis files that I have edited accordingly or have developed from scratch.  The one linked here was developed from scratch.  It is very rough and was produced quickly, but I thought I'd ask for some input before proceeding.

If it is something that you'd be interested in having me develop fully, I am all for input.  PMs are best (especially if it's something best shared in private).  I would remove the Name (Tiffany) from the file and make something generic in nature.  There are other effects that can be brought it, but I'd like to hear from you before spending a lot more time.  

It's meant to be listened to on decent headphones and future edits will make more of an impact as the sound moves around you.  Enjoy:

I have recently become more active on Breast Nexum and while searching around found this thread .

I have been into Hypnosis files some time now especially about breast growth and lactation .

Got to listen to your file today and found it very interesting and would like to add it to my personnel collection .
Loved the big dreamy sound stage and especially the topic of the file .
Quite a few finger snaps had me coming and going in and out of  trance .
I did not see any replies so I wanted to let you know I enjoyed your work .

Maybe it doesn't. But don't get fooled thinking your mind isn't powerful on helping out with body changes and strengthening resolve to work towards body goals. Lot of the hypnosis/subliminal stuff is very soothing and perfect for meditation, hormones and food make titties grow but what's the body part that controls a whole lot of it? Yep, the thing some of us have between the ears other than skull.  

I've listened to breast growth subliminials as a soothing meditation music and as such its very nice. With boobs I say putting your mind at it will help, not that listening something alone will make your boobs grow. It can't hurt. There's also a well known scientific tidbit of information about this. Cortisol is boob killer, lower your stress with nice subliminals and meditation or anything that's a stress relief and your cortisol levels will lower which means less nasty stress hormone slowing you down.

Hypnosis as an auxiliary tool, I concede, might be helpful.

But there are people out there that think simply listening to binaural beats, and nothing else, will be the thing that grows their boobs. It's pseudoscience.


Most binaural beats music on the internet is likely compressed (if anything like mp3 is used) and not true binaural. Anything off YT is likely to be incomplete too.

Had to be precise sound samples with accurate timing to trigger the 3rd wave in the brain - something that might be altered by compressed audio formats.
