Hiya everyone, a few people here already know me and I’ve been lurking for sometime. A huge shout out to the very amazing people that I’ve been talking to outside of this forum you know who you are. And especially to Lara (HT) for her extremely inspiring progress 
History
I came out as a Transgirl back in October 2018 with a few hoops like most from the UK. I was looking at a 3-4 year waiting list before even seeing my first doctor let alone perhaps another year before getting my HRT. So like many in the UK I went Private, jumping through their hoops was simple and I passed their checks with flying gay colours. ^^
So 26/01/2019 I took my first dose of 2mg Progynova with 5mg Finasteride as a blocker. If you know anything about Finasteride you’ll know it's quite useless as a general purpose blocker and I didn’t see a real one for at least another 9 months when I moved to Triptorelin (Decapeptyl SR 11.25mg). Though over those months I had many blood tests and was steadily moving up in dosages all the way to 8mg daily, weirdly my E levels were not moving….weird right?
Well I used to be fat well mega fat and unhealthy let alone ugly and quite short…, I developed diabetes and a fatty liver due to this they was quite worried about my ability to safely take it as sublingual or as Buccal so I steadily lost weight I dropped a 100lbs over the course of my first year and my levels didn’t move.
At this point I was coming apart at the seams, mentally everything I had worked for that whole year as I neared my birthday felt like it would soon be 9 months after and I’d have nothing to show for it. Eventually something crazy happened. By July I had lost almost 100 lbs. I weighed 139lbs, the lowest I’ve ever been in a decade. I was healthy, my diabetes is in remission and my fatty liver well….. It decided to release all that E that was inside it big oof.
So I had to be rushed to the doctors right once I had tummy pains I was throwing up every morning and had 2300 pg/ml of E yup first trimester pseudo pregnancy stage as the levels bounced so high I had every symptom and as the levels shot up so did my chest by my Birthday (Sept) in 3 months I shot straight to a B cup and as my levels were so high for 3 months they came down quickly…. I wasn’t given any HRT during this little period for my own safety. About that time my levels were still heavily inflated around 1000 pg/ml with Prolactin levels around 400 ng/dL
If you understand what all that means is that my body just did a rapid simulation of the “The Newman Goldfarb Protocols” yes the very milk producing method. So for about 3 more months before the end of the year I produced enough milk to fill half a cup from either daily. It was addictive and very affirming. I knew this would stunt me if it continued so I had to force myself to stop trying to draw it and soon it dwindled and stopped.
By the following year, yes right exactly 1 year 26/01/2020 my levels finally came down to a normal WPATH of around 200 ng/ml. Things continued steadily until I began to male fail for the first time. Things then went quiet on the breast front, so I switched over to Patches 24/07/2020 and my dose was a single patch for awhile and I was used to 8mg daily at this point the sudden drop made me feel ever so ill but that was rectified and within a few months of that I graduated to a C I was happy all the time since the start I said if I could hit a C I’d be ever so happy well by then I was a Tanner2/3-C so not very full but great intial messurement.
Progesterone was introduced on 01/09/2021 about a week before my Birthday. Originally I cycled my Progesterone with 14 days on 16 days to that point I aligned it with the phantom periods like most transwomen get. I thought that if I aligned it all together I’d get better results. I discontinued this as it made me very ill over time.
A quick detour my family is genetically quite busty especially in my direct family tree, my sister is a 36GG my mom well we have no idea but she's above my sis she can’t stand bras and hates being measured cause she's a big lady the last we heard she was at least a J cup. Though this is not true to the rest of my family, its mostly of Bs and Cs on my mothers side my fathers it’s all brothers and my one female cousin that side I have no idea we haven’t meet in over 20 years. So as you can see my direct line is a little bit of an enigma.
The thing about Progesterone is that once again it was like jet fuel no…. Rocket fuel this time. I zoomed forward in the span of 3 months all the way from my B to DD by Christmas, my B cup bra tried its best to hold but eventually I had to go braless while I got sized, to see the look on my face hearing a UK size 36DD i was quite giddy.
Things for a while have been kinda quiet….. Until now you see I knew about this site for a while and NBE when I was researching ways to fill my HRT needs with Herbal substitutes. Yet as I’ve got bigger I’ve noticed Ive averaged almost 2 cup sizes a year, booba greed is very real and I want to match my family more, I see my sis I want to match her 36DD -> 36GG is my short term goal....

NBE Program
So far I’ve been doing Noogleberry for 63 hours in total and today 11/08/2022 I’ll be building up to 4 hours daily after a month of single hours and then morning and night slowly. This past month I’ve slowly introduced more supplements to add growth.
Phase 1 - Underway
For the past month I’ve added the following:
Noogleberry (4 hours Daily : Mon - Sat with Sun as rest)
Calcium Citrate (2x600 Nighttime)
Gaba 750mg (Nighttime)
With doing that I’ve noticed that my breasts are filling out nicely in every direction and my wonderful and very loyal 36DD bras are now falling behind.. 36E is now within sight and my birthday is less than a month away. Can you say goals?
The next phase to begin will be in the coming week to introduce missing elements that are found in most other programs.
Phase 2 - Within a week or two
The following 2 may be increased to twice the dosage
1x Natural Sources Raw Female (Morning)
1x Natural Sources Raw Pituitary (Morning)
1x Naturesplus Icelandic Kelp 150mcg
2x California Gold Vitamin D3 5,000 UI (Day and Night) replacing former
1x Magnesium 400mg (Morning)
Phase 3 (Autumn)
Phase 3 Introduces tinctures with dosage to be determined
Cayenne & Ginseng
I hope to learn much and share my experience with you all, in the mean time here a snippet of my past progress shame the forum only supports 3. Once I make my next update with be with my Phase 2 commence including modern images alongside before and after pumping. I look forward to any feedback with my methods <3

This is just the beginning I've had a lovely past visit from the boobie fairy, and now I've laid out some tea and biscuits and hope she would stick around for awhile this time.

Thank you so much, I've been quite blessed with size and shape according to quite a few friends, I thought do do a detailed history because well my experience is pretty unique leading up to my size today. :3
First Milestone reached,
So as of today I'm officially a 36E its been coming for the past 2 months especially with my calcium citrate along side my MSM + D3 these 3 together plus my active noogling (75.2 hours total) has given me my next size. I know its rather soon from my previous post but I will be honest those images are kind of out of date with the biggest one at 36DD from December last year lol. I've been near an E for sometime and have been .5 of an inch off since Easter, now I've tipped over.
So what does this mean going forward, well it has without a doubt proven the continued use of supplements in aiding growth. Even with me bad with covid over the last month I kept to as much of this regime as I could. Phase 2 will begin before the end of the week and this will be the gust of wind that will carry HMS Boob to Big Boob Harbour
Please find below 3 awesome images of my new size, one is before and the other 2 is post pumping (snug E to a tight E o.o) , I have some in my new bra but alas the forum only allows 3 images in an upload aww
The next update will likely be the day I start Phase 2 fully and with that separate post and not to spam up the forum with me replying to myself I'll provide those lovely missing bra images

Congratulations sweetheart. You're hitting goals here, way past averages already.... Big tiddy club getting ever so close. Just be careful, once you grow big enough you'll be accused of picture fakery and such. xD

Thanks Lara I couldn't ask for a better tutor , even before NBE I knew I got quite far so the next stages are going to be where the fun really begins. Breaking averages and proving to many that transgirls can get big is a huge goal for me so as to help those transgirls that are struggling, know there is hope beyond implants and at a fraction of the cost.
