I have been pumping 30 minutes a day and cupping my areola and nipples too.  It seems my areola may be continuing to grow.  I like how the progress is going.

I have been cellibate for 6 months due to my wife being sick hand having surgeries.  I definitely have not had a  labido.  I maybe desired sex once a month.  But now my wife is nearly done with surgery. I have had feelings of being submissive and dressing as a maid and doing chores.  Wifey wants to tell me what to do but I want her to dom me and top me. We will see.
