I like Barlowes, they are good for many things. Ainterol is a bit of specialty and if one is looking for that one thing, likely best served by those focused on providing a solution for that one, focused aim.

I ordered Barlowe's pm off amazon and I've been taking it for about a week. I have definitely noticed considerable swelling and I think this stuff is potent/good quality. It's too soon to tell but so far I would recommend giving it a try if you're looking for good quality pm.

I usually take a week long break from anything estrogenic. But I just got a bottle Swanson's Pueraria Mirifica. So, after my break will give it a try.

It has 100 mg of Puresterol, which is supposed to be purified high potency processed PM. I thought I would give that a try. The only problem is that it has 500% B-6, and 8333% or B-12. Not really sure why they think 80x RDA for B-12 is needed, but for the $8 price tag, would give it a whirl.

I've been using Barlowe's for a few months now. It's my first time using PM, but I really like it. I can tell it's potent too because I only take one a night during the first half of my cycle and could spot if I go over a day or two. And, TMI, it makes me have tons more discharge during the rest of the cycle, so much to where I freak out thinking my period started... And, it made my already long cycle (30-32 or so days) to six weeks long!
The first couple cycles I didn't get much to any progress, but the third I definitely feel something kicking in, and my swelling lasted a lot longer. I'm hoping to see real gains over the next few months.

Also, yes, the packaging is pretty discreet. But the bottle itself mentions PM's use for breast enlargement in small print on the side, so I still hide it. >_>

I just started using it this month. I started with one capsule a day and increased to two. I haven't seen any results so far but it has only been 9 days. Did you see any results hopefulkitkat?

I ordered from Amazon and they mailed it in box couldn't tell what it is inside super fast shipping.
Been using for 2months now on bottle number five .
After a little over a month is when I started budding and still budding though Tenderness is slot less now .
Was on a bunch of other herbs for three months with no results but swelling but no budding then saw barlows and since have buded.
So works good notsure how pure though but from what I hear alot safer then anteriol far as blood clots I guess.
Started on two a day and now I'm taking four a day notsure if I'll go to six a day and I also take sp extract soft gels twice a day .
