I found some info for those of you that take GTE or drink green tea. I take a vitamin C tablet with my matcha as I have read this before. Below is a quote from the website and also link to the whole article:

"The Purdue University study, published in the journal Molecular Nutrition and Food Research, found that catechins are unstable in non-acidic environments (i.e. our intestines) and, after digestion, less than 20 percent of the total catechins remain. An 80% haircut in catechins! But adding vitamin C increased recovered levels of the the most abundant catechin (EGCG) by four-fold.  A very large difference."

The present study shows that diosgenin exerts the antidepressant activity, which is associated with the enhancement of neurotrophic function and the inhibition of inflammatory and neuroendocrine activities via the regulation of gut microbiota.

In addition, diosgenin was found to reduce serum concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines and the activity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.

Diosgenin (Fig. 11.5) is a steroid saponin found in fenugreek seeds and yam [136]. Diosgenin has been found to be effective in ameliorating diabetic condition in both type 1 [137,138] and type 2 diabetes [139].

We also know Fenugreek lowers SHBG and blood sugar. And now, knowing the possibility of FG possessing an antidepressant activity (a dosage of 20mg was used in the study) helps our ability to make an informed decision on what herbs to choose from.  Hug

Enhancing the production of 2-OH form is beneficial for breast health. Diosgenin stimulates growth of mammary epithelium, increase in DNA content and the number of ducts & terminal end buds

I’m getting ready to plant Spearmint & Red Clover and I’m also going to add Fenugreek this year to have a NBE garden. I normally do this every year, but I skipped it last year. I’m hoping to see if eating fresh FG will be more better than just taking capsules. I know that when munching on handfuls of fresh Spearmint & Red Clover, I can notice an almost immediate effect.

This is good information.

hii everyone I been trying to search this thread but its so long ;-; I'm new and I have some questions hopefully someone can help me.

My current regimen:
-----
PM Spray (ainterol atomizer 69 days) ***twice a day, 2-3 pumps each over breast***
3mg White Peony liquid extract from hawaiipharms ***1mg pipette, 3x a day***
NOW solutions Progesterone cream ***two pumps each breast, once a day, 4x a week***

3% Kojic Acid (skin lightening cream for my nipples^-^) ***twice a day***
-----

So does anyone know how much PM is in each spray of the 69 days ainterol atomizer? I checked the website and searched online but couldn't find anything. I asked the customer service chat but they didnt respond ;-; It says to spray 2-3 times each breast twice a day. I want to know for sure because I kinda want to take a PM liquid extract too, but I don't wanna do too much.

Is the white peony extract from hawaiipharms good? is 3mg enough? I don't know if it's standardized or not because I don't know the difference lol..

I'm also gonna add in red reishi and I know lotus said to just follow manufacturer guidelines and to find something with high polysaccharides (35%+) so I found one thats 73% on amazon https://www.amazon.com/Brain-Forza-Mushr...B00L1RQ2AS
it says its "full spectrum". Is this something I should get?

Hello, i recommend you to contact with Ainterol by the link "Contact us" , writting a message with your question. They answered me some months ago when i asked to put a lower price in the label for skip customs.
About the peony extract, i think it isn't standarized because it put in the label " up to 333 mg in 1ml" and extraction rate "about 1/3 or 1/4", what it mean the quantity is not exact.
And searching the red reishi i don't understand because the page sometimes say 34% and 74% of polisaccharides .
I can say it has little quantity because you have to take 3 pills/day to reach 1500 mg and the bottle has 30 pills, so it will last only 10 days if you take 1500 mg/ day.
Also it is out of stock at this moment.
And sorry for my bad english  Blush

Hi Stacy, I wanted to let you know that I continue to use this exact product for my AA. If you look closer at the same company, you will see that you are able to purchase the exact same RR powder for a lot cheaper if you are willing to make the capsules yourself. This is what I do and it's every bit the same 500mg X3 dosage per day. I even put my own freshly made capsules into their containers that I kept from my original order.

I save money by making my own capsules by purchasing bulk powders. The key is to ensure that you are getting the same content for the capsules. Some are extracts which makes this self made process redundant.
Best wishes

did it make you feel kinda sick when you first started taking it? i took 3 caps at once for the first few days and felt really off. Now i just do one cap 3x a day for a total of 1500mg.

Did you notice any effects on your body after taking it? I'm using it with the PM spray + PC, white peony and dandelion, MSM

Hello Lotus i hope you are doing well!

If i may ask a question: i wanted to go back to NBE after another long absence from it, but i remembered a post talking about PM having a risk of increasing Alzheimer disease chance. I have already taken PM in the past so i was wondering if i shall take it again because of it. I don't know why i am quite anxious about this now and not in the past, but i was wondering if you with your years of experience in NBE could enlighten us a bit about this.

Also, may i send you some pms?
Best wishes <3

my question is: what is the name of the Progesterone you use? When you do it rectally, it is a pill ? Please let us know, what name / brand you recommend, thank you

Hi dear friends,  Hug

It's been a while since I last posted… I've been kinda busy battling some health issues, most notably covid and Leukemia.

The Leukemia diagnosis came as a surprise. I knew something wasn't right for a period of time… but cancer?, I had no clue. My oncologist tells me I've had Leukemia for years (possibly pre-dating nbe/hrt).

The Leukemia I have is called CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia). There's three phases of CML:
1)Chronic phase
2)Accelerated phase
3)Blast phases

The latter phase is not a good outcome (12 months or less survival rate). I went through two months of lab (blood) testing and will need further testing (bone marrow biopsy next week), an ultrasound of the spleen and more specific (blood) lab tests next… the oncologist wants to move fast.

I give credit to Sommer at PFM for catching the abnormal blood counts, and hopefully saving my life. My WBC (white blood cell) count is roughly 3x the normal limit (reference range of 3.5 -10.9 K/uL)

My WBC IS @ 35 K/pL
or 35000 Cells/pL

Testing also revealed out of 100 cells tested 82(82%) are cancerous and a double gene mutation.

The treatment plan (at the Chronic phase) is medication (no chemo). After I receive the results from the bone marrow biopsy (10-14 days) I'll find out what actual phase I'm in.

My symptoms of the CML are unrelenting fatigue and bone pain, and headache from hell since the beginning of May… fun times. Smile Despite this my spirits are good and I'm determined to beat the Leukemia. The oncologist looked at my medications (HRT and others) and found no correlation to Leukemia. It's possible I've carried this double gene mutation since birth, we don't yet.

I'm deeply touched (blessed) by the notes (and prayers) from around the globe…thank you so much. Hug I'll post updates when I can. I'd like to hear from Leukemia survivors (or their loved ones) if possible, and anyone who wants to say hi.

Here's some info on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia:
https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/conditi...#resources

Btw, aside from the Leukemia we've (Stevenator and I) been using DHEA cream along with P4 (micronized progesterone… which is cream based inside) applied to breasts and I can report the results are astonishing. In the past three months I grew from a 49 Bust to a 52 Bust… my band size 38 (lol you do the math), my goal isn't really to grow any larger, but one of support and firmness...essentially to beautify boobs (I'll attach pics soon).  Heart

I use Prometrium, each capsule is 100mg, I'll either take 100mg orally and split 100mg on my my breasts or 200mg applied to breasts. I usually take around 200mg a day. This will sound weird but, when I take 200mg orally my voice (pitch) is higher. Additionally, I can hit higher notes when I sing, that's just crazy imho.  Big Grin

Here's a picture of me (feeling worn out lol) from about 2 months ago when I landed in the emergency department with respiratory issues from covid, and also Leukemia.
