Testosterone, free (result) 0.8 pg/mL__________ (ref. range) 46-224.0 pg/mL

Bioavailable T (result) 1.6 ng/dL__________ (ref. range) 110-575 ng/dL

SHBG (result) 74 nnmo/L_________ (ref. range 10-50 ng/dL

Prolactin (result) 6.9 ng/mL_________ (ref. range) 2.0-18 ng/mL

Estrogen (result) 862.1 pg/mL __________ (ref.range) 60-190 pg/mL


Compared to 12/15 labs,

my Total T lowered from 27 to 13 ng/dL
Free T went from 1.9 to 0.8 pg/mL

Bioavailable T percentage went from 26.4% to 24.6%

Estrogen went from 841.8 pg/mL to 862.1 pg/mL

I tried a 500 calorie diet for about 7 days and lost 9.75 lbs, whoa!!, talk about extreme, for all its opponents, cal counting works. What I found burned the fat faster then ever before (for me) was changing my ratio of fat/protein/carbs, e.g 10% fat and splitting carbs and protein, (exercise too).

I have a Q to that Lotus-- did you loose any boobie fat?

Fantastic lab results Lotus! I just had blood drawn for my first lab work so I'm very anxious to find out where I'm at as well. These numbers are helpful to have some sort of gauge/goal. Thanks for sharing them and congrats on all your hard work and energy paying off!
