Good luck Lenneth, I've added WP (or should I say tried) to most liquids I drink. Currently I think it combines well with green tea.

Green Tea Epigallocatechin-Green tea (camellia)-Reduce's the conversion of free testosterone into DHT and also raises SHBG (sex-hormone-binding-globulin).

There's a reason for the green tea and WP and it goes back to spanky's post (which I'll try to respond to soon).

any idea what dose I should take?

want to obliterate the DHT but also make the supply of WP last as long as possible, $24 per bottle of 60 caps isn't my idea of cheap & right now I have to mind all of the pennies. (moving drained my finances badly)

You have suffered so much this year in so many ways, your pains and losses would challenge the strongest of us. I only wish I was closer to you (geographically) to give you a huge hug and offer any assistance you feel necessary.

We ( I speak for the forum as a whole ) have so much to be grateful for by your presence and expertise. I am astounded that despite all these challenges you have never ever failed your following. Lotus, I take my hat off to you and ask God to bestow his love in your hour of need and remove the pain and suffering you are feeling.

I wasn't going to share this last photo update cause I already handed in my resignation to Eve concerning the latest kerfuffle (as a good friend calls it), she refused the idea. (I know, drat)

The creation of new sections whether seen as helpful or the cause of exclusion/division seen by some wasn't the intent at all. Eve has made an honest attempt to keep everyone happy, I might add the most recent restructuring is not to divide but to unite, as you can see it's all one big section (suggesting union).


So my friends we make this what it is, senior members please unite, there is plenty of room whatever the flavor of breast enlargement is, (even if it's beyond BE, it's all good). We all have our unique struggles and challenges to fit in at life and at Breast Nexus.

I'm not familiar with the capsules, but I'd still combine WP the with green tea. I seriously think you'll see a big difference if you stick with it. 60 capsules @ 2 per day = 30 day supply. Next time go for the extract it's a little cheaper. Who did you use to buy from?.

Lotus, I must express my gratitude to Eve once again for refusing your resignation. , and resoundingly second your plea for unity. The best of families have their upsets on occasion, and we should remember that a nexus is a bond or linked group; there is indeed room here for all of us, and let us be glad of it. And thank you for the latest photos - it would have been a pity to miss them - you're so far ahead of all of us that I'm at a loss for comment.

I hope that all goes well with your back, and that my speculation about the staples may turn out to be true.

Thanks Heather for your beautiful thoughts, it's true the year has been a bit rough. I wanted to share those thoughts so I could move forward and be part of the mending process. Honestly Sammie's decision to stay along with Eve changed my mind to stay, although some good friends have dropped off for personal reasons and hope and pray to see them back again.

I've always enjoyed talking to people from all over the world, its unique!. And thanks again Heather for your thoughts and prayers, I'm hopeful in the recovery process.

I'm not familiar with the capsules, but I'd still combine WP the with green tea. I seriously think you'll see a big difference if you stick with it. 60 capsules @ 2 per day = 30 day supply. Next time go for the extract it's a little cheaper. Who did you use to buy from?.
