So, have now started doing Fenugreek seeds - half teaspoon crunched up orally thrice daily. God knows why - hope it might help dieting plus still really fancy lactating (just 'cos breasts feel like they somehow should - tight and full). Not so keen on the pervading odour though - any suggestions??

Anyway, the question is, at what point will growth cease, even if I continue to do all the massage, take the Fenugreek and what ever else, surely there has to be a limit? i certainly hope so - don't want to end up too large (and potentially saggy which is a slight concern just now).

On a slightly different but related note - has anyone else noticed that when lying in bed at night, one suddenly sees ones rib cage where ones nipples used to block the view - the enlarged boobs have migrated the nipples towards the underarms?? Really weird I found this!!!!

Fenugreek definitely helps with lactation, Alfalfa 2000mg and above will deffo give you that glorious so full about to pop feeling. Sigh. There's a few other herbs I know of that will get things a going. But to get to your question, short and sweet, yes. There's a limit for both men and women. The body will only grow so much before it stops.

I agree with Emily... there's a max growth limit to just about everything except hair and finger nails.... as far as nipple location... it appears normal for male nipples to be located further to the out side than male.... no matter what you take yo grow them... I've been using targeted suction to try to get mine back towards the center... with some success.... using products to grow them ... they will grow what ever direction they want to.....

Well, THAT'S completely normal. Nearly ALL breasts do that. One only has to check out pornos or pictures of nude women on their backs as opposed to the shots of them standing up to see that. Even smaller ones do that. If you were flat-chested and laid down on your back and placed two water balloons on your chest where your tits are, guess where they'd go. Straight towards your arms.

After I wrote that, I reminded myself (for much different reasons) about a movie I saw in the early `80's, "Hardbodies" and found it on YT, so I watched most of it. (Sadly, whoever posted it (in 9 parts) didn't post parts 5 & 6.) In the very first scene, Scotty is just finishing up having sex with his GF, Kristi and she's lying flat on his bed and I noticed that hers didn't quite do that! I'd say she was a large A/small B. While on her back, they just kinda got flat.
I think if you look at it this way, you'll see why they're going towards your arms. Your nipples (for lack of a better way to put it) are kinda like a string attached to the opening of a balloon and to the "nipple" of the balloon. If you could set up a water balloon to hold a string like that, you'd see what I mean. And, although it always wants to point straight ahead, the rest of the breast tissue (the water in the balloon) wants to follow gravity. So, as your chest is kind of rounded, when you're on your back, the inner tissue wants to roll off your chest, but your skin won't let it. Although most of the breast goes in that direction, the nipples are still pointing straight ahead.
I'm sure someone can put it in a more scientific way.

David - Good luck with the lactation, I've tried and it wasn't easy, most I got was 4 large droplets out of the right nipple and 3 out of the left at any one time. [/align]
