Hello darlings. I've been on Estreva 1.5 - 2 mg and spironolactone 50 mg therapy for 4 months, and I experience pain during erections, which are incomplete. Is this normal? Will it go away with time, or will I always have this problem? The sensation is like if it is not supporting the growing, when it shrink the pain stops. I use estradiol gel on my inner thighs, up to my groin, before bed and I get an erection while naked. Could my testicles and penis be receiving too high a dose of estradiol overnight, causing some kind of internal problem?

Yes this is quite normal. The tissues will athropy mostly from lack of practice and the blood pressure builds up in a way which could hurt as your body is trying to get the usual amount of blood down there beforeit adapts, the body changes tend to ba faster than what your brain can process, so confusing weird stuff and things not working as before is to be expected.
Unlikely that it is anything other than athropy pain from HRT.

Hi Heaven's Night, I appreciate your support. I decided change from spironolactone to bicalutamida. I bouhgt today my new antiandrogen. It costs a lot. spironolactone is 2 euros, bicaltamida 32 euros. It is a big difference, but bica does not affect the erectil functions like spiro, because it does not block production of testosterone, but just the receptors. I will start tomorow morning. I will take spiro together for 45 days, because bicalutamida needs some days to begin to work. I hope that the changes can be restored, because I have only 4 months using spiro...

Hello, I went to the urologist and he said I have the beginning of Peyronie's disease. He ordered an ultrasound to see what's happening inside, but I have to abstain from erections because this disease is more or less like scarring from trauma, which may have happened as you describe, meaning masturbation may have involved too much blood, traumatizing the tissue of the corpora cavernosa, and as a result, it's causing a kind of fibrosis. I'm waiting to be called for the exam; I think it will happen in the next few days. Thank you and see you soon.
