I am needing to add PM to a medical (stage 4 prostate cancer)regimen. Who has the most potent, effective PM?
Thanks

I'm really sorry you're dealing with prostate cancer.

Cancer sucks.
Ainterol seems to be making the most potent PM out there.
But why PM? Wouldn't actual T blocker be better? A lot of the most potent T blockers are desinged as cancer medicine for that very issue. Afaik both Cypro and Bica I've been on are used to slowing down prostate cancers in higher doses. My uncle who's sick with it is on Finasteride for the same reason, although I doubt its efficiency as a cancer treatment.

Hi Sofman, well Prostate Cancer is not funny and to have stage 4 is even worse, now I have a lot of knowledge regarding prostate cancer as I will explain.
My father died of Prostate cancer we watched him suffer for five years, I have recently been diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and have to take a T blocker, a daily dose of 5mg.
Stage 4 is serious and the most advanced stage of prostate cancer, it will have started, if not already done so, metastasized into the surrounding tissue, may I ask who suggested that you take PM as this will really screw up your hormones and fight whatever medication your specialist has put you on.
Does your specialist know that you are considering taking PM, if not he will be shocked, again I ask who suggested this path.
What are your hormone blood readings and what is your PSA reading also can you please tell us what treatment you are on.
Regards
Ian

My doc is familiar with PM. I am taking Fulvic acid, D3, K2, E. My diet is "clean" and anti-cancer. It is the same program I used 15 years ago.
I started taking DHEA a few months back at the recommendation of a knowledgeable member of this community. About a month in I learned that DHEA was likely to cause prostate cancer to "flair". I had my PSA checked and it had spiked to 38.75 (I have since had it checked again and it has dropped to 22.35). At that point I had a PET scan and found that the cancer had metastasized (lymph node). Met with my doc, a recognized expert in Pc4. I gave him a comprehensive report on Fulvic acid (did not have the research15 yrs ago). I also ran a report/meal plan that considered my age, cancer score and treatment plan. He found no reason to change anything. Th PM is to mitigate any bone density loss.
I did meet with an oncologist to satisfy my insurance company. The first words out of his mouth "Radiation" and ADT. He spoke of 4 different drugs that we could choose from. I did a comprehensive report on them comparing each one to the others. In all 5 choices, including radiation, the QOL score and the OS score sucked. Withe the FA and diet there are no side effects and the QOL and OS are far, far better.
Thanks for your input.

Oral DHEA does boost T levels. And prostate cancer is hormone sensitive.

The very reason why many common T blockers are used as cancer treatment on high doses as killing off T levels slows it down.
