Hi Slim,
Some great advice here.
Being very simplistic, PM can and does work up to a point, but has DVT risks, takes the longest and is the most expensive. BO is cheaper, works well, is quicker and gives better results than PM, and starts overall body feminisation as well. However for whatever reason BO doesn't work for all! HRT gives the best results by far, is quicker, more efficient, costs far less and works for the vast majority if not all people.
To share my story to supplement Tomi's, my goals were get rid of the problems T was causing me and grow a decent B/C cup fem shaped boobs, as its more shape than size I'm after, all while staying male.
I achieved budding and small breasts with the PM but that took an age and was damned expensive, BO gave better breast growth over a shorter period of time, kick started my lower body feminisation and was a little cheaper.
Once I had curves up top I realised that I needed matching lower half curves and that was when I decided to switch to HRT, which I'm on now. In the few months I've been on HRT it has delivered much fuller and more fem shaped breasts and is really starting to feminise my lower curves more, along with being considerably cheaper.
Releasing the cash that I would have spent on BO, I now use some of that to fund my topical regime, which I honestly believe, along with others, is a real gamechanger. As such I'd suggest every regime should include a decent topical component.
What has surprised me since being on BO then HRT is the realisation that I run far better on E than on T.
I'm loving all the benefits that E brings - less eczema, more energy, better concentration levels, less hair loss on top, happier in myself, I look after myself more and best of all, I honestly feel 10-years or more younger.
My end goal hasn't changed other in the addition of wanting lower half curves and I still have zero desire to transition, so am staying male and enjoying everything that E brings
You clearly are approaching your journey correctly, doing the research, asking questions etc, so whatever regime you choose it'll be the right one for YOU; good luck with your journey.
