Just a quick update in case anyone is following this thread.

I saw my PS a couple of weeks ago, and as he thought when he reviewed the images I had sent in December, he will have to do some additional work to achieve the look I want.  Additional work, required additional surgery time, which equals additional costs.  So I canceled the surgery schedule for 2/4, so that I can juggle finances, and will reschedule for late April / early May.  I still plan on moving forward with the surgery.
