After much reading and thinking, here's what I decided

I'd like to start a regime of Red Clover, Saw Palmetto, and Fenugreek. Or at least that's the herbs that I think I want to use.

Can people help em out with the best forms to use, maybe specific brands, what dosages, what side effects to watch for and adjusting dosages to them.

I reside in the US ... can someone recommend where to purchase them.

Also if anyone has any "suggested little tweaks" to this regime, please tell me what they are and why.
