Advice for 3 years on hrt, looking for options
#1

Hi all! my first post here. In short, I'm mtf, and 23, and have been on various forms of hrt for around 3 years (firstly estrogen pills {starting with 4mg up to 8mg}, then an Estrogen pellet, now topical gel{4mg a day}), i've been on and off with bio-identical progesterone), and i'm super unhappy with my breast development.  I've had a look through a few threads, and am looking towards Pueraria Mirifica, but would love some advice.

I eat enough, i eat a healthy diet, (i'm a vegetarian), so im not sure what to do outside of this.

Firstly. is that my best option? since im on hrt i thought maybe not. im open to everything other then things using animal products
Secondly, where do I start? are there any resources online that would help me?

also included pictures of my breasts, if that gives any ideas on how to fix.

Hi.<3

You're on conventional HRT, do not touch PM, just don't, it wont do anything good to you and you want to avoid receptor conflicts and PM has quite a bit of DVT risk. Look into the Topical Cream Protocol, there's a thread for it here. Its based on topical application of DHEA, Prog and E2, with quite a lot of possibilities on how expand and enhance its effect. Go read that thread, its in was it "other methods" subforum.

Now that Lotus isn't posting, I'm keeping that thread going and questions answered. The topical protocol is probably your best bet on how to help your boobs grow while on convnetional HRT. Then there's other stuff, glandulars, amino acids to boost your HGH, going on Pioglitazone for PPAR-gamma activation to hack your fat distribution etc.

But I would say the topicals are easy to arrange and so far everyone who has done it correctly keep reporting positive results. I've been on it for over two years, experimenting with different tweaks with ingredients and dosing and its amazingly helpful.

You can message me directly too if there's something you need help with.
