Hi all!
I've been taking BO and pituitary since (fenugreek and maca a few weeks after) December 2025 and I've recently gotten on spironolactone.
Does anyone know if BO diminishes the effects of the anti androgen? What about when I start estradiol?
Anyone who started HRT please let me know their experience ?

Welcome to the forum!
I've never been on BO. However, I started estradiol (oral, 2mg) and spironolactone (50mg) at the same time.
In the end though, oral E and spironolactone wasn't enough to get my hormone levels to cis female levels. Instead, I switched to injectional estradiol cypionate and Eligard to maximize feminization of my body.

I started with 100mg spiro and will go on estradiol in 2 months after next bloodwork. Its my doctor's strategy to lower the first then introduce E, which I'm happy with so long as my herbal routine doesn't diminish their effects.

The highest I got with spiro was 200mg. Unfortunately, it wasn't effective enough with lowering my testosterone levels.
What form of estradiol will you be starting?
I hope your bloodwork starts to look favorable with your next testing.
I never mixed NBE with HRT. I finished taking PM one day, and the next day I started on oral E and spiro.
