Hello!
Sorry Im new here with my first post saw someone mention on reddit this is a great place. Title sums up my question. Am I being unrealistic?Or do these things exist out there

If you're looking for phytoestrogens for feminization, I would suggest Pueraria Mirifica (PM). I was on this herb for a number of years before eventually switching to HRT. PM really helped with triggering my breast development and lowering my masculine libido. However, if you're looking for complete feminization, you may have to go down the route of HRT.

Basically they are types of herbs or medicines that mimic female hormones during puberty. HRT is the fastest and most powerful of all but you have to go through doctors for that but that's only if you want to permanently change gender as in your trans. PM and BO are strongest versions non hrt but you would require regular monitoring with blood tests again with doctors as PM carries risk of blood clots.

Phytoestrogens are plant-based estrogens (as opposed to bio-identical estrogens that is utilized in HRT).

I think it's best to consider the journey of breast development as a marathon instead of a sprint. The starting phases of breast development can be triggered anywhere from a matter of weeks to months.
Finding the right NBE herb(s) for yourself takes time, and once you find the right regime, it takes time for it to show progress.

You'll spend a fortune on herbs to get minimal results, and you'll put an enormous amount of strain on your liver. HRT is the way to go.
I was on PM/BO for 4.5 years and got very frustrated with the slow pace, and I switched to HRT. That was 5.5 years ago.
I'm currently 63 and still hangout at the redneck beer bar and no one is any wiser.
