I have Grade IV tubular breasts with a constricted base and areolar herniation and I’m looking for non-surgical guidance for BRAVA-style external tissue expansion.
I understand that BRAVA coaching is usually linked to clinics that use BRAVA for fat grafting or reconstruction.
Does anyone know how to find a BRAVA coach, nurse educator, or clinic that offers remote suction-expansion protocols (non-surgical only)?

It is difficult for me to read through your threads here and at BNexus without confusing what was posted and when. According to the evebra DOT com website, Brava was discontinued and the evebra is the current method.
Contact methods are listed on the evebra DOT com website for more information or verification.
Did you state in one of your threads essentially that “surgery was not an option?” If so, who determined that surgery was not an option? Did you make this determination or did your doctors make this determination? I forget if you have discussed it but, what treatment options have your doctors presented to you? Have you discussed vacuum expansion with your doctors? Did your doctors have an opinion regrading how helpful hormonal/herbal treatments may be?
One of your recent BNexus threads received several replies regarding hormonal/herbal treatments. Were any of the replies to your BNexus thread helpful? If I remember correctly, your hormonal levels seemed to already be within normal ranges.
If I remember correctly, did you state in one of your other threads that you were planning to start using the evebra or noogleberry devices? I “think” that you were asking for sizing information. Did you try either device yet? Basic breast domes and vacuum pumps are available on Amazon if you are looking for a less expensive option.

Someone also posted a reply to your BNexus thread stating that the brava device had been discontinued.
