Hi, I’m 3 months in taking bovine multi glandular and bovine ovary one tab of each 3 times daily,  morning 2 tabs and 2 FG  early evening 2 tabs and 2 tabs before bed, I have a genuine question to get better results, will the bovine ovary work better if I insert the early evening one up my anus as a suppository??? Any advice greatly appreciated x

There's anecdotal reports that may be more effective, it bypasses liver that way. Personally I think it is just as effective taken before bed on an empty stomach or taken with a quality high protein shake before bed.

Ok great x I thought by bypassing the liver it may be stronger as the liver would absorb some and I also thought it may be better on liver. thanks for your advice x
