I have tried BO a few times because of this site over the past few years but never really got anywhere with it. I started estridol patches 100ug changed 2x a week and nothing else. I did it for 2 weeks then decided to keep each patch on for a full week but change one every 3.5 days. Its now week 6.
I didn't take any measurements to start but the effects are pretty obvious I'm a 38/43 under and over the breast. I maybe had a half inch before. Its only been 6 weeks and I did put on some holiday weight but I still can't believe it happened so fast. I plan on stopping soon because I think I reached my goal.
