Hello,
I am a 35-year-old woman with regular menstrual cycles and Grade IV tubular breasts (final stage). My breast ultrasound shows fibrous and glandular tissue, with a small fibroadenoma for follow-up. I plan to use the EVEBra device only.
My case is similar to the attached picture:
Could using the device alone achieve results similar to this picture? Have there been cases of Grade IV tubular breasts improving with EVEBra alone?
My goal is true development of both ducts and lobules. I understand that the most effective approaches generally include one of the following:
1. HRT (Estradiol + Progesterone)
2. Non-hormonal breast enhancement (NBE) supplements and protocols
3. Strong topical protocols like TCP (DHEA + Progesterone + stimulators)
4. EVEBra combined with a light hormonal program
5. Real bovine ovary (BO)
I am considering which approach would be most effective for my case. Based on my recent breast ultrasound and hormone lab results, could you clarify how to tailor the HRT and topical protocol specifically for me, including dosage, frequency, and any adjustments given my tubular breast pattern and hormone levels?
Here are my recent results:

I would like a plan and program designed for a cisgender female, reflecting natural female physiology, not a transition protocol.
