Just don’t go overboard. Amazon has plenty of good options that aren’t overly expensive.

Csak ne vidd túlzásba. Az Amazonon rengeteg jó és nem túl drága lehetőség van.

Remélem, valami elkezdődött

Do you think that 2x750 mg.BO +1 kelp per day alone will work, or is RR strongly recommended? My libido has almost completely disappeared, along with morning erections, which do not bother me at all, in fact! I would like to make my breast development much more effective, so I am looking for the best possible solution. Unfortunately, in Central Europe where I live, I will not be able to get anything else.

I would definitely recommend taking RR as its decent in blocking DHT which is the major issue keeping feminising changes from happening. Reishi is also quite nice for its health benefits and it doens't cost arm and leg.

Hello. I would like to know the opinions of more experienced members.
I have been taking 1500 mg.BO and 1000 mg.RR. daily for 5 months now, divided into 2 equal parts. Although I have not noticed any significant growth yet, I am persevering. The morning erections have practically disappeared, only a small attempt occurs. My question would be whether there is a point where these male functions permanently cease, and what else would greatly facilitate this process? The emphasis is on permanence. Apart from breast augmentation, this is my other main goal because of my dysphoria.

I'm not sure if glandular therapy alone can do that. But conventional HRT definitely does, it can make erections compeltely or partially impossible. Some keep their junk working with practice and viagra, others lose it in time no matter what they do and some just let it happen or end up getting vaginoplasty.

But bovine ovary and reishi alone, I'm not convinced it would be enough.

Conventional HRT is definitely the answer to this issue and its the best guarantee for breast development too. I've been very pleased to lose "male" function as it was never that important to me to begin with, I've only started to maintain tissue health lately with practice because I want to ensure lot of healthy tissue to use for the surgery, also I'm forced on much longer wait than I anticipated so more reason to make sure everything down there stays healthy. But over four years on HRT has made it so that the function is not the same, not even close.

To me this +4 years seems like a short time to reach point of not having erections, most trans women I know who get to this point have been doing medical transition much longer. I'm feeling dysphoric only from talking about this, but I hope I'm helpful.  Heart
