Hi
I have budding on my left side (NHS ultrasound confirmation + I can feel it). Nothing at all on my right.
How do I get my right side to bud?

How many weeks ago have you start budding ? Personally last summer/autumn I’ve completed mine in about a month and a half starting with the right side and a week or two later with the left. Left side is still a little less developed in particular the nipples is a little smaller than the right one.

I don't know. Felt something under nipple and sore feelings for many months, probably 8-10 months.

That's partly why I went to Dr, because thought it could be cancer. But ultrasound says gynocomastia so budding.
Nothing on the other side.

Not unusual for breasts to bud a different times --give it time -have you been taking anything to intentionally develop breasts

Yeah. I read it can go at different times, I simply assumed it won't be such a difference in time.
I'm taking PM, RR, fenel, white peony, pygeum, PM cream. Used to take MSM, maybe I need to restart that.
Sometimes take 4 pumps of testosterone gel.
My right nipple itches sometimes, but that's all it does. No growth there. Left nipple never itches (maybe once?) but has the growth.
Been like that for maybe 10 months.

10 months seems a little long for the right one to bud check with Lotu's posts eh is he expert --maybe something she can suggest to get it caught up with the left Smile

I hope that's a typo.

I'm aware that Lotus is having some bad health, so I wasn't intending to pester her for advice. My hope was that if Lotus was well, she might have a look at my thread, but I'm not chasing her and totally understand if it isn't possible for her to have a look for a while.

In fact, most of what I know about NBE comes from the many many threads that Lotus has posted in (and which I have created a personal wiki for).

While I'm aware of the two main pathways (reduce T and flood with phytoestrogens vs increase T and block DHT and enhance aromatase), I'm not really aware of anything a person could do for asymmetric breast budding. I'll check my notes.

One possible thing I could do is applying PM cream only on my right breast, thinking that it might slightly directly activate the ER's just on the one side, however my suspicion is that it would be absorbed by my skin and any and all ERs would be activated across my body. I think similar discussion happens in other threads where people are hoping that PM cream could spot-increase butts - I seem to remember that it wouldn't.
