Question for the experts here on Breast Nexum … Is it possible have a second budding ??? As I wrote in my personal program thread two months ago I’ve switched from PM to BO after that my budding was completed. Some days ago I’ve started to feel new nodules under my nipples, but with no pain. With Lotus topical tip for areolas made of RC+D3+Estradiol, they are enlarging a lot and nipples are becoming prominent and rounded. Maybe my sensation an effect of the new topical regimen ?
Many thanks and hugs.

To me that sounds like early Tanner stage four development, but in your case, I wonder if its too early for that? Experiencing a rapid growth spurt soon after starting topicals is to be expected, I guess its working for you as it should.

Hi Lara, always super fast and very kind on answering to our questions….
OMG ! Looking at some pictures about Tanner stage IV on the web it seems that my boobs are going right in that direction… I’m undecided if I’m more happy or more scared on how fast my body is changing…

If you're far enough, that might well be happening. Some times it happens before subtancial volume development and the areola mounds pop out of nowhere. I had quite a lot of boob when it happened, but the difference was dramatic and it got strarted quickly. Interestingly, about three months after starting progesterone for the first time and weeks after starting Bovine Ovary + Uterine + Pituitary combo.
Not everybody has it as distinctive though as the development stages are not always like from a anatomy book, but typically Tanner 4 areola mounds are easy to distinguish.
And then the awesome part begins. Average duration of Tanner stage 4 is about three to five years. Some times faster, anyway, this stage likely gives most volume development and most projection. Once its further towards the end, that's when more side branching starts to happen and the areola mounds widen and become less prominent. So if this is going on, you can expect several years of active development if you just keep being consistent with the treatment.
