After reading through a fraction of the fantastic posts here i felt that i should say hi. I feel that i'm more likely to be a reader and question asker for now.

I tried to follow herbal breast-growth regime in the late 1990s but i had very limited information and it didn't last long. One of the reasons i gave up was the thought that any growth at all would be permanent. Ironically what i was taking at the time was unlikely to have done anything anyway.

Fast forward to my 50s, and and i really want to give it another go and see where it takes me. I'm just glad that there's a resource like BN in the world and that i found it
