I applied the first round of estrogen cream this morning.  I applied it directly to the breasts.  I started using progesterone cream about two months. Prior to that I haven't been on any form of NBE for about 2 years.  I am going to use the estrogen cream until the bottle runs and revaluate.  Curious to see if I get any gains. Maybe some areola growth.

I have been applying estrogen cream to my breasts twice a day for 5 days.  I noticed when I rub up against my chest my nipples are very sensitive, almost painful.  My nipples look way bigger and longer.  When I rub them, they feel very thick and firm.  I think the estrogen cream is doing something...

Yeah Perky, that thick, rubbery feeling tells me that you've got it going now. 

That's because you are using both estrogen and progesterone cream.

I'm curious, what are you using for an AA?

Is applying the estrogen cream directly on the breast area a thing? I thought I'd read folks advising against placing it directly. 

As for the cream itself is it an OTC cream you're using? Is it Bi-Est with both estrone and estradiol?

Its not a good idea on its own, but it works well as a part of the topical protocol, search the forum, there's a thread for this and its talked a lot in Project X thread and my progress thread.

It has been a while since I checked in.  I continued to use both estrogen and progesterone cream until I ran out of both.  Haven't used anything in over a month.  I am pretty pleased with the results.  I gained just a little size. What I notice most is that my breasts feel heavier and more dense.  They are more noticeable in tshirts. I am wearing the tank tops my wife bought me to hide my nipples everyday now to add a little support and to conceal them.  It feels better having one on. I really think I am at the point a bra would not only help with support but appearance as well.  I have become more self-conscious with just a tshirt on.     I am happy with my results and at the moment do not plan on doing any form of NBE.  Maybe I will do another round down the road.

As a male staying male, I'm in the same boat and not really looking for alot additional growth.   I have been cycling on and off of estrogen and progesterone cream.   The most recent cycle, was 2 weeks of the bi-est cream applied to the chest ( morning and evening ), followed by 2 weeks of bi-est and p cream.    By the end of the month my chest was fuller and heavier and the nipples get very plump and sensitive.    

I have had slight shrinkage since I stopped, but my chest and nipples are still obvious through most shirts ( I don't try to hide them at all ).   Each cycle seems to leave just a bit more.   I recently started another break,  but already missing the weight and feeling of my nipples being sensitive, so may have to do month yet this summer.   Also looking forward to doing a full 3 months over the winter along with reshi or white peony to help lower T.  ( nobody will notice!?! )

i did a round of progesterone cream and bi-est.  I felt my breasts were heavier and fuller feeling.  Look more breastlike in thirts than before.

It's been a while since I've been on this site, and I am in the same boat as Perky. I was taking PM tablets previously, which improved my breasts, but I decided to stop due to the possible testosterone issues. I am currently also considering the various creams to make them perkier, and saw suggestions about progesterone and estrogen creams.

I would like very much to also try both, so can anyone recommend a brand and where to purchase them from?
