I am aware it is not possible to "spot feminize" and that topical creams will effect the entire body, but it does seem that in most cases they effect the part the topical product was applied to more so than anything else. For example post menopausal women using estrogen face cream or mtf transgenders using testosterone cream on their genitals to maintain function in that particular area.

Were I to apply a topical cream on places I wanted to be more feminized, would it feminize those parts at a more pace an more effectively than everywhere else? I am aware some breast growth may occur and a tiny bit is fine but I do not want any more than the bear minimum for what I am trying to achieve.
