The amount of information is overwhelming and some herbal benefits are confounding as they react differently in cis males/womans bodies. Im so grateful I found this site with tons of others trying similar and sharing info aNd stories. Thanks to you all! And be careful out there ive already experienced quite negative effects of some herbs. Red reishi gave me a horrible 3 week rash, black cohosh doesnt seem to be treating me too well either. Trying white peony for anti androgen and PM for estrogen. Coming in the mail soon!
