If y want to reply guide me I shall be very thankful to you 1 I am using PM plus antiandrogen ,do y think this will make me comepletly sterile ,no wife no baby ,I can afford reduction in libido but complete sterility is not affordable .2 risks ( I came to know that pueraria mirifica and phytoestrogens cause blood clott and DVT ,do y think ,this happens ,if yes then what is the best way to take PM for n order to avoid from these ( best safe way to use PM )

Estrogens themselves CAN cause bloodclots but i found no evidence that phytoestrogens cause it, especially since phyto estrogens are less potent than mamalian estrogens. But if your worried about that, there are obvious ways to prevent blood clots, like eating proper fruits and veggies(you can look them up) but also living a generally healthier lifestyle. 

Your biggest concern besides blood clots is liver problems taking PM, as PM is known to obliterate your liver. To get past that, is to make some sort of cream to apply on the skin. Its a safer alternative as it reduces blood clots and doesnt affect the liver.

Your health is more important than anything else, IMO.  PM does have side effects and you should research the side effects by searching the web. There are possibly safer methods, but act slower in NBE.  Fenugreek, fennel, and hops are just a few other herbs for NBE.  I my experience, they have fewer side effects.  In addition, PM may cause high blood pressure in some people.  Blood pressure is also a possible problem with other NBE herbs and IMO, you should get an inexpensive blood pressure measuring device to make sure you are not damaging your health.  Many people recommend that you start taking NBE herbs at a low starting dose to see what side effects you may have.  The NBE process is a long term project.
