As a "male staying male" I'm in a constant debate as what am I doing?  What will I look like if I continue?  At what point will I become to self conscious to go shirtless in public?  At what point will the become obvious under a dress shirt?

I spent some time playing with photo-shop, and trying to figure out what I am trying to accomplish.    I was thinking this would deter me from moving forward with NBE,  but I think it has actually encouraged me to continue.

The first one is current.  The next couple are enlarging a fairly large area of the chest.  The next post is  various enlargements extending just around the nipple area.  Personally,  I much prefer the later photos. The last one being my desired look where I enlarged the nipple area and reduced the upper chest.

Now my favorites, with the last being my goal...
