Fennel is mildly estrogenic.  Can make a tea out of seeds. Search the forums for fennel, I'm sure you will find lots of info.

Yep, I agree with Jannet, I took it for a while with no noticeable effect.

They're good...in Tom's of Main Propolis & Myrrh Toothpaste in Fennel!

For MBE/NBE, perhaps not so much as a main approach.
