I have always been a great fan of msm mainly for pain management and heave read odd bits on here about it beneficial for breasts growth 

Anyway this last week decided to try it again, and bugger me had a breast jump growth this week, could be coincidence , but shall monitor

Now after having a rear tooth shatter a few weeks ago, I got to thinking of how to strengthen teeth and bones, as has been on my mind whether hrt can cause weakness 

Plumped for K2 and d3 , and k2 has anti blood clotting effects also, so trying those as well as high intakes of calciferous vegetables in juices

i have had a few teeth shatter since i began hrt

I can honestly say I have never had a tooth shatter.


Would HRT have any effect on teeth that are already formed ??

have been taking hormones for about 1 year varying types and amounts with modest success

will my breasts keep growing after i stop taking hormones?
