Lotus, my impression is you write in very technical terms concerning NBE biology. While this can be very informative for some, others like myself who aren't familiar with the terminology can feel a bit overwhelmed trying to comprehend what you're saying.

Lotus, thank you very much for the post and for accepting my oversimplified explanation. It's good that we have someone that actually knows what's going on inside us from a chemical and biological point of view.
Just to be on the safe side I will continue drinking milk and eating ice cream (
