IABoy,

Have you considered Abi? It's an actual unisex name that stays close to the original name. A purely female name would be good if you were aiming for a total transition.

They're all pretty good. I kind of like MiaGirl -- I know it's not in the polls but kind of works. Noticed it in Dianna's post.
