I am taking 8 mg estradiol valerate IM Q 7 days and progesterone 100 mg BID. All is under a MD's care here in Seattle. I will have labs next Wednesday to be sure levels are in the target zone.
I have been on this regimen for 5 months and growth is maybe halfway to an A cup. Mental changes are nice.
