There's no simple yes or no answer.

It mostly depends on your own personal genetics, but since you said you're excessively hairy I probably wouldn't count on BO getting rid of your body hair.

My body hair didn't really change much on 9 months of BO. Maybe it thinned out a bit, but nothing significant.

mine is from medication I take for a transplant, prednisone and cyclosporine. I would take any relief if it lessened my body hair permenently and while I not looking to feminize my body I wouldn't exactly hate it either
