On Saturday I went to my first Phi Epsilon Mu meeting which is TG support group in Orlando Florida and it went great like I had hoped it would be and I met Denise and her friend Jessica and they invited me to go with Hamburger Mary's to see the Leigh Shannon's drag show and this was actually what I was looking for to make friends and get out dressed more. At the restaurant Jessica was showing me pictures of her dressed as snow white with Denise at Disney World with different Disney character . Jessica liked to go to historical forts in in the south dressed as a pirate wench with Denise and her other friends. Jessica was called to the stage for having a birthday and Jessica did the contest for dancing and then Leigh called all of the women in the dance contest to the front of the stage and Jessica passed out and medical personal from the crowd started CPT, but they were not able to revive Jessica. I went to the ER with Denise and the doctor would not tell us anything but he kind of made it clear that Jessica had passed and they wanted information on the next of kin. Jessica was such a brave and wonderful person and I wish I could of know her better. Denise made a tribute video and I hope the link below works, and please have have Jessica and her family in your prayers. Life is short and I wish to be more like Jessica was. Robin

Thank you for sharing Jessica's last hours with us, this is so sad, my heart aches for you and her loved ones. I'm sure it's of little comfort when I say this, fate brought you into Jessica's life to be a witness to her story, and now you share her story with us (thank you). It's most likely we would've never heard of her death, again of little comfort, my apologies and condolences on her passing.

I'm sure she was a beautiful soul....

Yes! Sad news!! I'm already saddened to the verge of tears by the passing yesterday of Paul Revere!! :-(

I have a CD friend I met earlier this year. We have become like sisters.
I have learned the internet is a wonderful place for encouragement ,advice and support (BreastNexus is invaluable to me and us all I know) of others.....but having a real life person that shares your feelings and outlook is so...well...bonding.
