Hello all,
one month passed since I started PM, my program has been as follows:
1st week: 500mg
2nd week: 1000mg
3rd week: 2000mg
4th week: 3000mg
Now: 2000mg.
After the first two weeks I started feeling calmer and I have to say better, I am experiencing some brain rewiring. Skin got softer and body hair are growing a little bit slower on arms and legs specially. In the chest area there have been some fat redistribution and nipples look bigger and a little bit pointy now , still no lumps under anyway. I feel a little more flesh under if I cup them with my hands.
Morning erections are less and not stronger as before and I don't have urges to masturbate everyday. Anyway when I do it is different, it takes more time and I don't want always to finish the job, I like the different feelings my body is giving me, especially in the nipples area.
I need to dress and act more as a girl now, this is my urge now.
Do you think I should continue on 2000mg or cycle PM? Do you think I need SP also?

Hey Erika,

Do you take the recommended calcium?,add the Sp 2-3 daily,consider adding spearmint although it's hard to get in tab form,so tea for now 4-5 cups if you can.Not everyone can do 3000 mg of pm early in the program,2000 mg is ok for now.

Hey Lotus,
no I don't take calcium now, just PM, do I have to? I will consider your suggestion of adding SP and spearmint and stay on the 2000mg path also. Anyway I feel so good and I am happy!
