I haven't posted anything new for the FAQ in about six months, but I'm always open to suggestions. Maybe I should add something about spearmint now that I've been taking it for about four months?

Sounds like a good idea. Perhaps it would be a good idea to review what is in it already and update anything you feel is out of date or that perhaps you have a different view on at this time versus when you wrote it.
