Advice I have gotten from friends was drink lots of water. That has helped with the FG smell.

Word of advice, add at least 1000mg/day but not over 2000mg/day of calcium to your PM intake, or take it with a glass of milk (it needs calcium to work right)

and PABA (a b Vitamin) helps it to work better by preventing the Estrogens in your system from breaking down as fast.
