Not being rude everyone, but going through a little crisis here

Health scare and on heavy duty pain killers , crisis at work ,
And seemed to be going through a zero interest of taking pm and growth

Perhaps too much too many other priorities but seem to be in full masculine mode and thinking what am I doing this for ??????

Do approve of it , but seem in 100% male mode, and just trying too stop the pain
