I'm so excited' pain in the nipples! Question is how long and when does the sensitivity increase?

Welcome joniec! How long and sensitivity can depend on the person. For me, I get the itches and sensitivity still, and I have been on NBE for more than 2 years. It isn't constant, but still happens. I'd say it was constant for a few months or so when I was in the early stages.

Its one year next week since my first pains started, they are still permanently tender and ache a bit from time to time, but rarely itchy.
Everyone is different though.

Big aches in the top part of the Breasts for me this week and they have grown as well, 6 months in , on PM,
